
Topics such as nutrient guidelines, intuitive eating, inflammation and stress are taught by an experienced dietitian (Sarah Duong MS, RD, LDN). While many participants choose to join for all 15 classes, you are welcome to attend as few/many classes as you wish. Sign-up is mandatory (click here to register), is separate for each segment and will be promoted by your school/district accordingly.

Classes are online, roughly 1 hour, and offered several times per week, conveniently during after-school hours (3:30 and beyond). Therefore, there are plenty of options to make it to each topic, each week, should you choose to join us.
